All candidates of MPA and MDevS are to write an individual paper for getting degree. But I heard that Candidates from MBA dont have to write an individual one. Why Different? If different, the quality of MBA graduates is very easy to get the degree rather than MPA and MDS ones.

Im just curious . ... There is one thing im abit confuse what i read in Home page. I saw the voting box about "Which Project You Would Chose"  In that box i realized "Financial Management" we call FM..In Myanmar without Stock Exchange & without systematic formal banking system or business.how to study? or "How to apply" 

Please provide me, if anyone have an answer.
